Rustam Faradschev

Biography

Rustam Faradschev (Ukraine, 1997) is a product designer based in Germany. He graduated in 2026 with a diploma in product design from the Karlsruhe University of Arts and Design. His practice follows a material-driven approach, exploring ways to reactivate discarded goods and extend material lifecycles. Working with recycled and found materials, he develops adaptable systems that encourage reuse and participation. His work questions the shifting relationship between humans and objects in the context of contemporary consumption. By combining industrial processes with accessible fabrication, he creates pieces that foster material awareness and conscious resource use. Balancing function, necessity, and aesthetics, his projects aim to restore meaning and connection in everyday design.
