Tim Bartel
Biography
Tim Bartel (he/him), born in 1999, works as a designer, writer, and artist between Ludwigshafen am Rhein (DE) and Amsterdam (NL). He holds a diploma in communication design at HfG Karlsruhe, with exhibition design as his minor subject. During his studies, he was part of the student publishing initiative “BookBoi*”, worked as an intern for Linda van Deursen, as well as studying a semester at Kyushu University, Fukuoka (JP). His diploma work “Let Me See (c) The Sun” was selected by Monopol Magazine to be exhibited as part of the Academy Square at Art Karlsruhe 2025.
