"Ein schwebendes Verfahren" – Four Radio Plays
Starting material for the project worked out by Alexander Tuchacek and Eran Schaerf together with Milos Mihajlovic, Alida Müschen, Roman Schürch, and Vlada Maria – four students at the Zurich University of the Arts – is a book by the journalist and writer Laure Wyss: “Ein schwebendes Verfahren. Mutmaßungen über die Hintergründe einer Familientragödie. Eine Dokumentation” (1981). A young man, 20 years old at the time of the deed, murders his parents on New Years of 1976 for petty reasons. Osman Keskin is from a Turkish family, his father was an architect, his mother owned a cosmetic salon. They lived in Switzerland for 16 years. He was meant to enter the university. They weren’t guest workers and didn’t have the problem of belonging to a marginalized group. Or?
