»Black Matters« is the first full solo exhibition of Italian-American artist, Aldo Tambellini, who is one of the pioneers of intermedia art and experimental avant-garde of the 1960s and 1970s.
The exhibition »Black Matters« takes a journey through Tambellini’s most prolific, highly charged and diversified period (1960–1980). The exhibition explores his, paintings, and multimedia practice that includes: Lumagram (hand-painted slides), video, videogram, painting, photography, installation and film works.
