Creative Data Lamps

Create and build highly individual lamps from scratch under the creative mentorship of the german light artist Rainer Kehres. For this workshop you need to bring everyday-household items and materials such as plastic gloves, zip ties, cups, straws and so on. We will then assemble them to a unique lamp. Please check that the material are slightly translucent and not heavy. Metal bows or ceramic objects are not recommended.

The lamps will be installed outside at the »Kala Ghoda Arts Festival« as part of a larger light sculpture. The lamp will be fitted with a computer controlled LED light.
