Hertzlab is going to Mars! 

Fancy a mushroom shake and mealworm burger for dinner? What can be made from plants that can thrive on the Red Planet? And what does the human body actually need to survive? Work with members of the Red Dust Society and expert advisors to design a meal plan for outside our planet and test out possible alternatives. Can we put together a menu that is both nutritious and varied?
