Activation Day »Driving the Human«
To the exhibition »Driving the Human – Seven Prototypes for Eco-Social Renewal«
Sat, June 17, 2023 11:00 am CEST
- Location
- Atrium 1+2, Ground Floor
The exhibition »Driving the Human – Seven Prototypes for Eco-Social Renewal« presents concrete models for sustainable coexistence in three parts. The activation program invites to guided tours, a workshop and a book launch.
On each of the first Saturdays of the three sections, the ZKM | Karlsruhe offers a comprehensive accompanying program that invites visitors to engage with the topics themselves.
The first activation day on the topic of »Non-Human Perspectives: Sharing, Shaping, Sensing Habitats« will present the project and the newly released publication »Driving the Human: Seven Prototypes for Eco-Social Renewal«, which summarizes all milestones of the three-year project »Driving the Human«. Combining expert voices and creative visions, the book takes an in-depth look at essential aspects in eco-social transformation.
In a workshop on collective cartographies with altenaa, topics that are the focus of the first part can be further explored. Guided tours in exchange with the project teams invite visitors to immerse themselves in the background and development processes of the prototypes.
The activation program for »Driving the Human« is realized in cooperation with the HfG Karlsruhe.
