For the age of 16 up. This workshop will be held in German.
The »Kitchen_Ferm_Lab« deals with the refinement of food and the cultivation of algae, fungi, bacteria and their symbioses. Where do the lactic acid bacteria come from? What environment is necessary for reproduction? What is a Scoby? How is wild yeast produced? Is there magic mold? In this workshop, which is offered in digital form, we will ferment and experiment together.
You need: A material list will reach you after registration.

Digital requirements: Stable internet connection, video conferencing (camera and microphone). The workshop takes place online via Zoom. The Zoom link will be sent out shortly before the workshop starts.
