Gesualdo four 0 one: Brass Surround 12.2

- Location
- Foyer
In the continuation of the series »blech surround 12.2«, bach blech & blues takes the public on an exciting journey in a changing, second concert on October 25, by drawing on the ZKM spaces: the two halves of the program are divided between the ZKM_Foyer, with its numerous galleries, and the ZKM_Cube, the ZKM concert hall. Composer and Rihm student, Johannes Motschmann, has written two works for bach blech & blues with live electronics both of which are dedicated to the 401st birthday of Gesualdo. The additional part of the concert in the ZKM_Cube also draws on the possibilities of electronic rain. The tension extends from Gabrieli and Bach via Beethoven‘s »Wellington‘s Victory« through to jazz arrangements.
