Aki Takase / Alexander von Schlippenbach – 150 years of Jazz

One piano and two of the most distinguished personalities from contemporary jazz.

Two-handed and four-handed, solo and together – this is how the Jazzclub Karlsruhe presents the piano duo from Berlin in this concert highlight. Both Aki Takase and Alexander von Schlippenbach are celebrating big birthdays in 2018, a fact which is ironically alluded to in the title of their joint programme »150 Years of Jazz«.
