Book Sprint: Perspectives of Agility

The Karlsruhe Coaching LAB and the ZKM organize a Book Sprint: within four short days a maximum of 10–15 participants can produce their own book/ e-book. 

Depending on the number of participants, two facilitators each supervise an editorial team that democratically determines, structures and produces the content. 

The subject area, which we want to examine in an appreciative, critical, scientific and creative way, includes post-agility (What comes after the »agile« trend?), criticism of agility (theory/practice/ideology), de-agilization, philosophy of agility, changed team culture. The Book Sprint participants themselves determine the topics and focal points! A reference to the topic »agility« is therefore a basic requirement for the participants. 

At the end of the event, the book will be published online, and the team can decide whether it will be used further, e.g. as a printed version.
