»Learning Takes Place«, a cooperative project between ZKM and KIT, deals with places of learning, working and exchange of knowledge under the conditions of digital change. What can these places look like – and how can we rethink them?
How do spatial conditions influence our learning, and what other techniques of thinking exist? What role does digital space play – and what can the museum's location contribute to these questions? From October to December 2018, the ZKM, in close connection with the »Open Codes« exhibition, will become an experimental space for alternative spatial concepts, new learning techniques and the networking of already developed projects.
In various formats, »Learning Takes Place« will bring together actors from the university, the museum, the city and other institutions to discuss together: How do we want to learn? Where do we want to learn?
