In their debut feature film, the two directors create a bizarre scenario in the grimy, damp house of a post-apocalyptic suburb. After meat becomes scarce, the man running the delicatessen shop on the ground floor of the house avails himself of unconventional means to serve his customers. Will the unemployed circus artist and new house tenant (Dominique Pinon) be his next victim?
