Virtual and extended realities, chat bots and language assistants – technical innovations expand the possibilities of storytelling and interaction design in a highly dynamic way. In what form can we continue to tell relevant stories, take account of changing usage habits, address new target groups, actively involve our audience and thus offer them new experiences?

Bettina Fächer has been supervising, developing and managing cross-media projects and innovative formats for SWR.Online for more than ten years. She is a member of the jury for the web category of the Prix Italia 2018. After studying screenwriting at the Filmhochschule Ludwigsburg, Philipp Zimmermann works as a freelance author for games and interactive productions in Berlin. They present examples and explain recent cross-media projects.
