1981–1984 Independent Art School; 1980–1985 studied at the Helsinki University; 1990–1991 studied Visual Arts and Film at the London College of Printing, School of Media and Management; 1994–1995 UCLA, Certificate Program, Entertainment Studies; Lecturship in the media department at the Academy of Fine Arts in Helsinki; Visiting Lecturer at the Kunstakademi in Oslo; Visiting Lecturer at the Konsthogskolan Valand Gothenburg (S); several awards and grants; lives in Helsinki (FIN).
