Ina Conradi-Chavez

Ina Conradi is an award-winning new media artist. Her research interests include computer generated animation, Stereoscopic 3D, 360 immersive displays, procedural interactive installation and public art. Her recent community-forming project features fully integrated, intelligent multi- media art display and architecture. The project will be imbedded with technology to explore interactive design’s new terrain: enhancing communicative possibilities, embodying a new balance between technology and people, bringing technological breakthroughs up or down to comfortable, understandable human scale. Ina has exhibited and presented her works internationally at the 3D Beyond Festival ZKM, Ars Electronica Festival, Siggraph Asia Hong Kong, ISEA, 3D Stereo MEDIA Festival Liège, the 67th Edinburgh International Film Festival, Women 3D directors Paramount Studios Hollywood, FMX Conference on Animation, Effects, Games and Transmedia Stuttgart. Currently Associate Professor at the Nanyang Technological University Singapore she has been presented with the Koh Boon Hwee Scholars Award 2015 and the Nanyang Education Award 2014 (School) for recognition to the influence of inspirational teaching.
