Daniel Höpfner

Daniel Kurosch Höpfner is a PhD student at the Institute for Music Informatics and Musicology at the HfM Karlsruhe and works as a freelance sound artist, performer and composer. In his research and artistic practice, he is concerned with auditory perception, algorithmic sound synthesis or compositional structure, improvised computer music, audio analysis systems and their implicit aesthetics, among other things.
