Ahmad Zatari

Ahmad Zatari is an independent journalist and writer. He has published two books and the third is on its way. He has worked as a cultural correspondent for the Lebanese newspaper »Al-Akhbar« and also as program coordinator for Freemuse foundation in the Middle East and North Africa to support freedom of expression in music. These experiences provided the foundation to set up and edit www.ma3azef.com, a website specializing in in-depth research articles and studies on music with the focus on the Arab world. Since its establishment in late 2012, Ma3azef.com has gained a great number of followers.
