- Biography
STATE is a Berlin-based initiative that builds cultural programs at the intersection of science, art, and society to help forward ideas for a sustainable future. With exhibitions, residencies, and events, STATE invites its audience to curated deep-dives into current topics that shape our tomorrow. It has been founded in 2014 by physicist and cultural entrepreneur Dr. Christian Rauch. In 2020, STATE initiated the futures thinking initiative AKAW, a creative playground for bold futures exploration to help groups to set out on collective thought experiments and explore and discuss the possibilities of the future.
