Alexander Zons

Alexander Zons is academic coordinator of the graduate program „The Problem of the Real in Modern Culture“ at the University of Constance, Germany, and teaches film and media studies at this university. He received his PhD from the University of Siegen in 2005 with a book on paratexts in film, published in 2007 as „Paratexte des Films. Über die Grenzen des filmischen Universums“. He coedited several books on a vast range of subjects from film title sequences to the Figure of the Third and Gratitude.
