Feeling and getting in touch. We portray our senses and our body image with drawings. Afterwards we do an hour-long body exercise together using the Feldenkrais method. Then, we draw our new body image. Has anything changed? What happens to us when we consciously perceive ourselves and take time for ourselves? Does the perception change? Does the connection to the world and to others change?
